YashuddA home for the family that works from anywhere.

We transformed a promising property concept into Adaptive Residential, a new category built around how digital families work, learn and belong.

Remote work changed where families can live. Real estate had not changed what a family home could become.

Yashudd began with land, architectural ambition and a strong conviction. It needed a market position, customer language and identity capable of turning an unfamiliar product into an obvious category.

New category: Adaptive Residential

The family was invisible.

The digital nomad is usually pictured as a solo laptop worker. Yet a growing share are families who need private workspaces, learning environments, reliable connectivity and community.

Hotels imply tourism. Rentals imply temporariness. Conventional homes imply geographic permanence. None validated the intentional, mobile life these families had chosen.

Brand atmosphere and the emotional idea of home

Make the unfamiliar feel inevitable.

Yashudd sat between categories. It was not a riad, hotel, serviced apartment, co-living concept or conventional residential development. That ambiguity made it difficult to understand, price and trust.

The digital family's housing problem is not a space problem. It is an identity problem.

We named the category Adaptive Residential and positioned Yashudd as a home for the family that works from anywhere. The phrase makes the market, audience and value immediately legible.

Environmental storytelling invites the family into the frame

Designing a home around life.

The brand and product brief were developed together. The promise only works when the architecture proves it.

01 / Market

Find the white space

We mapped the buyer, category and Marrakech market to identify a territory no current development owned.

02 / Position

Name the future

Adaptive Residential made an unfamiliar offer understandable and gave investors a one-sentence thesis.

03 / System

Sell belonging

Identity, messaging and photography lead with family identity before moving to plans, features and proof.

Architecture that
adapts.

Private work, learning, community and family life were built into the residential experience from the beginning.

Concept walkthrough

Clarity before the first unit is sold.

Yashudd is in pre-launch. The most important current result is comprehension: buyers and investors can understand the category, identify whether it is for them and explain its value in one sentence.

The system creates the strategic infrastructure required for future sales velocity, pricing power and community fill.
